Dearest One in the Lord,

As you read this message, I don’t want you to pity much about my health situation

Don’t worry, you’ll get no pity from me…

because as a christian I believe that we are strangers on this earth and one day, all of us will surely die to give account of our visit on earth. My dear, writing this message to you is not by my power, rather a divine direction from God Almighty who has chosen you for a great responsibility for his children, knowing fully well that you will not betray God’s trust in you. I am assuring you that as you obey this call from God, he will surely meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).

Following my ill health, my doctor told me that I may not last for the next six months due to my cancer problem. The one that disturbs me most is my stroke sickness. Having known my condition I decided to donate this funds to a Christain organization (Church) or an individual that will utilize these funds the way I am going to instruct herein, according to the desire of my late husband before his death. I want this fund to be used in christain activities like,Orphanages, Christain schools, and Churches for propagating and spreading the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and to endeavor that the house of God is maintained.

Ninety percent will be spent on good times, beautiful women, and Irish whiskey. The rest I’ll probably waste.

The Bible made us to know that “Blessed is the hand that giveth” therefore I am persuaded to fufil the desire of my late husband since it was God himself that lay it in the mind of my late husband to donate these funds for humaniterian services and for the glory of Almighty God.

What does the Bible say about swindling money from stupid people?

I want you and the Church to always pray for me because the Lord is my shephard. My happiness is that I lived a life of a worthy Christian Life. Whoever that Wants to serve the Lord must serve him in spirit and Truth. Please always be prayerful all through your life and please assure me that you will act according to the desire of my late husband which I stated above

Remain blessed.
Yours in Christ,
Ms. Esther Jacob

A typical scam, but at least this email actually came from a computer in Côte d’Ivoire.
